Rules and Regulations

The Tahitian Place Rules and Regulations were recently revised and adopted by a majority of the Homeowners at the 2023 Annual Meeting.

Association Bylaws

The Bylaws for Tahitian Place define how the Association business is conducted, the responsibilities of the officers, and general duties for the Board of Directors.

Exterior Modification Form

All projects that will affect the exterior of your unit must be approved by the Board of Directors and the Property Management company. Please download and fill out the pdf at the Download link below and email it to tahitianplace@gmail.com.
