TAHITIAN PLACE IS A HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION (HOA)
CHARTERED UNDER FLORIDA LAW.
Tahitian Place HOA (TPHOA) exists to preserve the value of our communal space and our individual property. TPHOA is proactive in creating a community that everyone here can enjoy. We strive to cost-effectively maintain the natural beauty of our shared space and recognize that members' pride of ownership contributes significantly to high living standards for everyone.
We support positive, respectful community interaction and a safe neighborhood overall.

​We seek to be good stewards of community funds in ways that contribute to and maintain property values. We uphold the rules, bylaws and covenants to benefit everyone.
